We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed on our website and in studio are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash (ZAR) EFT / Bank Transfer — payment must reflect before service begins Card Payments — Visa & Mastercard accepted in studio SnapScan / Zapper — QR payment available at the till
Layby & Payment Plans are not available. Full payment is required at the time of service unless a deposit arrangement has been agreed.
Pricing & Quotes
All prices listed on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on:
— Complexity of the treatment
— Previous work that requires correction
— Size of the treatment area
— Number of sessions required
A free in-studio or WhatsApp consultation is available for all SMP, Scar Camouflage, and Body Sculpting services before a final quote is provided.
Package Payments
For multi-session packages (Algae Peel, Butt Lift, Tummy Sculpting):
— Full package payment is due upfront before the first session
— Package sessions are non-transferable to other clients
— Sessions must be completed within 12 months of purchase
— Unused sessions after 12 months are forfeited
— Packages are non-refundable once purchased

02 — Booking
Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This ensures commitment from both parties and allows us to reserve your time slot and prepare for your treatment.
Deposit Requirements
50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
Deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking confirmation — failure to pay within this window will result in the slot being released.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, before the treatment begins.
Deposits are accepted via EFT or card only — no cash deposits.
Deposit Policy
All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Your deposit may be transferred once to a new date if you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice.
Deposits cannot be transferred if you:
— Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice
— Do not show up (no-call no-show)
— Arrive more than 20 minutes late
A new deposit will be required to rebook after a forfeited appointment.
Group & Multiple Bookings
For group bookings of 3 or more clients, please contact us directly via WhatsApp to arrange scheduling.
Each client in a group must submit their own individual deposit to confirm their slot.
We offer group packages for hen parties, birthdays and events — enquire for pricing and availability.
03 — Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer your slot to another client. The following rules apply to all appointment cancellations and reschedules.

Repeat Cancellations: Clients who cancel or no-show more than twice will be required to pay the full treatment amount upfront before any future bookings are confirmed. This policy is strictly enforced.
04 — Treatment
Treatment Policy
To ensure your safety and the best possible outcome from your treatment, please read the following guidelines carefully. These apply to all services offered at The Bomb Beauty Aesthetics.
Before Your Appointment
— Arrive with a clean face — no makeup on the treatment area
— Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before any PMU or skin treatment
— Avoid blood-thinning medication (Aspirin, Ibuprofen) 48 hours prior unless prescribed
— Avoid sun exposure and tanning 1 week before skin treatments
— Eat a light meal before your appointment — do not arrive on an empty stomach
— No caffeine on the day of PMU treatments
Studio Rules
— No children are permitted in the studio during treatments
— No extra guests during your appointment — one client per treatment room
— Please silence your phone during your treatment
— The studio is a professional, relaxing environment — loud conversations and disruptive behaviour are not tolerated
— We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is under the influence of alcohol or substances
Health Disclosure
You must disclose the following before treatment:
— Pregnancy or breastfeeding — some treatments are not suitable
— Active skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, cold sores) on or near the treatment area
— Known allergies to pigments, latex, or topical anaesthetics
— Keloid scarring history — affects suitability for PMU and needling
— Blood disorders or immunodeficiency
— Any recent cosmetic procedures in the treatment area
Consent & Forms
All clients must complete a consent and health form before their first treatment. This form:
— Confirms your understanding of the procedure
— Documents your health disclosures
— Acknowledges the risks and expected healing process
— Must be completed honestly and in full
Providing false or incomplete health information voids any responsibility on the part of The Bomb Beauty Aesthetics for adverse outcomes.
Hygiene & Safety Standards
The Bomb Beauty Aesthetics follows strict hygiene and safety protocols:
— All needles and disposable tools are single-use only
— Treatment surfaces and equipment are fully sanitised between clients
— Practitioner wears gloves and PPE for all treatments
— All pigments and products are certified and skin-safe
— We comply with all relevant South African health and safety regulations
Photography & Media
We photograph treatment results for portfolio and social media purposes. By attending your appointment, you consent to photography of the treated area unless you explicitly opt out.
To opt out, inform your practitioner before the treatment begins. Opting out does not affect the quality of your service in any way.
We never post identifying personal information alongside treatment photos.
05 — Aftercare
Aftercare Guidelines
Proper aftercare is essential for achieving optimal results. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the outcome of your treatment and could void any touch-up guarantees.
PMU Brows — Aftercare
First 7 days:
— Keep area completely dry — no water, steam or sweating
— Apply provided aftercare ointment 2–3 times daily with a clean cotton bud
— Do not pick, scratch or peel flaking skin — allow it to fall off naturally
— Avoid makeup on the brow area
First 4 weeks:
— No swimming, saunas or sun beds
— Avoid retinol and AHA/BHA products near brows
— Use SPF 50+ when outdoors
Lip Tattoo — Aftercare
First 5 days:
— Apply Vaseline or aftercare balm every 2 hours
— Eat soft foods — avoid wide mouth opening, spicy or acidic foods
— No kissing or oral contact during healing
— Do not submerge lips in water
First 2 weeks:
— Avoid lipstick and lip products until fully healed
— Colour will appear 40–60% lighter during healing — this is normal
— A touch-up at 4–8 weeks is required for full results
SMP — Aftercare
First 4 days:
— Keep scalp completely dry — no washing, no rain, no sweat
— Sleep on a clean pillowcase — avoid friction
— Do not touch or pick the treated area
First 30 days:
— Wash gently with lukewarm water only — no shampoo for 7 days
— Avoid sun exposure — wear a hat or SPF 50+
— No swimming, saunas or steam rooms for 4 weeks
— Apply provided moisturiser daily from day 5
Algae Peel — Aftercare
Immediately after:
— Skin will appear red and sensitive — this is normal and subsides within hours
— Apply SPF 50+ sunscreen before leaving the studio
First 7 days:
— Use only gentle, fragrance-free cleanser and moisturiser
— Avoid exfoliants, retinol, AHAs and active skincare
— No sun exposure, tanning beds or heat treatments
— Do not pick peeling or flaking skin
Body Sculpting — Aftercare
After each session:
— Drink 2–3 litres of water within 24 hours to flush released fat cells
— Do 20–30 minutes of light exercise (walking) within 4 hours post-treatment
— Avoid heavy meals for 2 hours after treatment
General:
— Maintain a healthy diet and hydration throughout your treatment course for best results
— Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment
— Results build progressively over multiple sessions
Scar Camouflage — Aftercare
First 7 days:
— Keep treated area clean and dry
— Apply provided healing ointment twice daily
— No sun exposure, swimming or excessive sweating
— Do not apply any skincare products to the treated area
Long-term:
— Always apply SPF 50+ over treated areas when outdoors — UV exposure causes pigment to fade
— Avoid harsh exfoliants or chemical peels on treated areas permanently
Touch-Up Guarantee: A complimentary touch-up is included for all PMU services (Ombré Brows, Lip Tattoo, SMP) if booked within 4–8 weeks of your initial session. Touch-ups booked outside this window will be charged at the standard retouch rate. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect touch-up eligibility.
06 — Contraindications
Who Cannot Be Treated
Certain conditions make some or all treatments unsuitable. Please review the list below carefully. If you are unsure whether a condition applies to you, consult your doctor before booking.

Important: Withholding a contraindication from your practitioner puts your health at risk and voids all liability on the part of The Bomb Beauty Aesthetics. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is unsafe for the client, at our sole discretion.
07 — Results
Results Disclaimer
We are committed to delivering the best possible results for every client. However, results are influenced by individual factors outside of our control. Please read and understand the following before booking.
Individual Variation
Results vary from client to client based on:
— Skin type and tone — oily skin retains pigment differently to dry skin
— Age and skin condition — mature skin may require additional sessions
— Immune response — the body's natural healing process affects pigment retention
— Existing pigment or scarring — corrections may require multiple sessions
— Lifestyle factors — sun exposure, skincare products and medication affect longevity
Healed Results
All PMU results shown in our gallery represent healed results after touch-up, not immediately post-procedure.
— PMU brows will appear 30–50% darker immediately after treatment — this is normal
— Full healed results are visible after 4–6 weeks
— Lip colour appears much lighter during healing — 2 sessions are typically needed for full saturation
— SMP results are assessed after 3 sessions minimum
No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
While we strive for excellence in every treatment, The Bomb Beauty Aesthetics cannot guarantee specific results.
We do not offer refunds based on:
— Personal preference after healing
— Pigment fading faster than expected due to lifestyle factors
— Colour appearing different than anticipated post-healing
— Results that differ from reference images shown during consultation
