Yes. Initial session price quoted after consultation and skin assessment. Perfecting/touch-up session is booked separately 6–8 weeks later and charged at current touch-up rates.
Both. We design for your bone structure, facial symmetry and hair strokes. Natural or bold — it depends on what you want. Powder/ombré is soft and diffused. We match your hair colour and skin undertone.
Discomfort is minimal. Medical-grade numbing applied before and during. Most clients describe it as light scratching or vibration.
Surface healing 7–10 days. Full colour settles in 4–6 weeks. Brows look darker for the first week, then soften 30–40% as scabs fall off.
We do recommend powder/ombré/combo brows for oily skin for crisp, long-term retention.
Yes, for 7–10 days. Fresh pigment always looks bold. It heals 30–40% softer. We build colour gradually across 2 sessions.
Up to 5 years depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. Sun, retinols and frequent facials fade pigment faster. Annual colour boost recommended and charged separately.
Yes. Only outside the tattooed area. Tell your aesthetician you have permanent brows.
Rare. We do patch tests if you have sensitive skin/allergies — just request one. Pigments are iron-oxide based, EU compliant. We use Permablend and World Famous — you can Google ingredients on their websites. Tell us if you react to any ingredients.
Prep: No alcohol, caffeine, or blood thinners 24 hours before. No retinols or brow tinting/waxing 7 days before.
Aftercare: Keep brows moist and clean. Apply the recommended healing ointment for 2 weeks. Drink at least 2 litres of water daily for the first 2 weeks. No sweating, swimming, saunas, or makeup on brows for 10 days. No picking.
Minimal. Slight redness and swelling for 24 hours max. Brows feel tight as they heal — a normal part of the process.
Yes. We do natural male brow enhancement — fill gaps, add definition, no feminine arch, no makeup look. We did Vusi Nova's brows — check his Instagram, they look natural.
We treat: Sparse brows, alopecia, over-plucked brows, uneven shape, scar camouflage, trichotillomania.
