Common Questions

Most clients describe brow lamination, tinting, and shaping as mild discomfort at most — nothing close to painful. For ombré and hybrid brows, we use topical numbing cream throughout the treatment to keep you comfortable.

Brow lamination lasts 6–8 weeks. Tints last around 2–4 weeks. Permanent ombré and hybrid brows last up to 5 years, with a touch-up recommended every 12–18 months to keep the colour fresh.

We map and confirm your shape with you before any tint, lamination, or pigment is applied — nothing goes ahead without your sign-off. For permanent treatments, we always start lighter than the final target shade since colour builds and settles over the following days.

Our Sandton studio books up quickly, and a small R200 deposit protects your slot from last-minute cancellations. It's deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day.

We're based at Rivonia Wellness Centre, 353 Rivonia Blvd, Sandton. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but we recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred time.
